We are so bummed your purchase didn't work out for you!
Our goal at Everly Oak is to ensure that you are elated with your shopping experience. We are able to accept returns on all full-priced items, up to 14 days after your order was fulfilled/mailed to you. Only full-priced items are eligible for return. All refunds will be issued to your original payment account, within 48 hours upon receiving your returned item(s).
Items must be be unwashed, unworn and unaltered, have no makeup stains, deodorant stains, or animal hair to receive a refund. Items purchased with a promo code (greater than 30%) are eligible for store credit only in the amount of the current price of the item.

Here at Everly Oak we want to keep our shipping free, because of this we do ask that you pay to ship your items back to us for returns. All Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
